Same day appointment which was fantastic, gentleman that initially spoke with friendly and helpful. service was not more than 2 hours or so. Picked up my vehicle however and there is residue from application all over the exterior, driver rear window already missing a small spot as well as a piece my exterior c pillar plastics is now loose and i understand having to wait for the cure process but the back is already significantly bubbled. good customer service but i’ve had better tint jobs at a better price

Great quality, professional work. I've brought 4 vehicles here to be tinted over the past five years, each time has been super convenient as i've been able to just stop by when they're open and I have free time. I usually only need the front two windows tinted as the rears come tinted from the factory, and I'm usually in and out under an hour. Today I stopped by again for the two windows on my newest vehicle and I was in and out of there in 25 minutes-- tint looks great too. Definitely recommend checking out this business for window tint and auto audio/accessories.

wanted to post an update so a few months ago when they installed my new sony touch screen with rear camera . I noticed my microphone wasn’t working in the car. but because there is a warranty on it because they installed it, they told me to bring it back in and they would get it fixed.that they had had some issues with the microphone from Sony. It’s literally taken me months to get up there. and then I had to leave it two days. These guys cannot be better at their job. They are so great. The microphone is working. This is one of the best investments. I wish I would’ve done it a long time ago. I will definitely be back to get my windows tinted. These guys are absolute professionals and so good at what they do.!!!! The screen and camera are outstanding!! wow!!!!! Super impressed with the outcome!!! i showed up with a radio system and camera from amazon . the employee was very upfront and said they have installed a bunch of them. and usually do not have success with them working. He said he didn’t want to waste my $$$ by installing and then it not working. i appreciated his honesty and experience. He then helped me pick one out from them.( keep in mind i could have gone somewhere el

They installed an Andriod infotainment system(dual system, so it transfered all of the Land Rover factor settings to the new android system) in my Range Rover HSE. Most probably wouldn't have even touched the factor OEM infotainment system(vehicle owner or shop) but I'm different and they did it for me, and I love it and their work. Initially, Eric did install the external mic that came with the system, but once I found out that the system did work with the vehicle factory mic, he was accommodating and removed it! Was told that this was their first Range Rover, and Eric who completed the install told me that it wasn't an easy job. Also, I know that I was a bit of a diva, but they got my Range Rover right, and I love it! Here are the final results along with a before picture!

Premier Autosound's service & professional install was like receiving an unexpected Christmas gift; I couldn't have been more thankful & appreciative for the fair & hassle free experience. I already had the equipment & supplies needed to upgrade the factory infotainment system in my 2013 Ford Explorer, & wanting to keep all the factory options available through the touchscreen, it's not as simple as just replacing the head unit so there's better sound & preamp outputs. The ability to access settings for the vehicles heating/cooling controls & cameras, as well as other features like heated/cooled seats, steering wheel, etc from the touchscreen is a MUST for any replacement head unit; configuring the aftermarket with the factory equipment is something that has to be done during the install. The knowledgeable techs at Premier were able to flawlessly install the upgraded head unit & verified all the factory options were in proper working order through the new touchscreen as well. I had called during the holidays on Dec 30th to make sure they were open & they were able to get me in right away. I am very pleased with the work that was done & fairly priced as well.
